Agent Onboarding

Once you have your insurance license you're ready to Get Contracted with Carriers! 

STEP 1: HCMS ACCESS: ON-BOARDING

Your FFL Agent Record needs to be created by an administrator. Once you have access to your account, you can request onboarding. ClaudiaAvila@FFLIndependence.com

STEP 2: REQUEST CARRIERS

Use SuranceBay to request Americo, Mutual of Omaha, AIG, and John Hancock. You MUST have your FFL Agent record created first!! SURANCEBAY

STEP 3: REQUEST ACCESS FOR PLAYBOOK TRAINING AND CRM AGENT PORTAL

Contact an administrator to allow access into your agent portal as well as gaining entry into the FFL PLAYBOOK for training. ClaudiaAvila@FFLIndependence.com

STEP 4: SCHEDULE A WELCOME SESSION
